Original draw from the cover "The Blade of the Immortal" Vol. 15. Ch05.

Finally finished my coloured version. I'm not very satisfied with the final result :p, but i preferred to stop and leave it as it is. One day I might redo and do it better.

Hope you like and I would love to have some feedback from you all =)

I'm not aware of "The Blade of the Immortal" however I absolutely love this image. It is packed with raw emotion and tells a powerful story. I really admire the effects of the sky as well as the blood. It's just such an eye catching piece! Oh, and thanks for the llama. ;p

Great job on Lin and Manji. Samura's manga is one of the best I've ever read.
Maybe you should have put a little more contrast in your picture ( I just say "maybe", I don't want to be rude!).
I don't know if the french versions I have kept the original covers. All the covers I know are black and white and are highly contrasted, which fits quite well with the ambiguity of the two main characters.
Your cover is awesome, anyway, I really like it, and the pose you chose really deserves the relationship between the characters.
And about the swastika, Hitler's spoiled one was right-facing, Manji's one is left-facing and has nothing to do with nazism, as Mutemutable kindly and shortly said before...

Thank you so much!! I really appreciate your comment its so rare for me to receive a review or critique about my work. But I think I know what you mean, the cover, [link] This scene happens around sun set...I think :hmm: :p
But I had sun set on my mind and I wanted to do kinda dark with a few light.
And Definitely, Hitler ruined the symbol, most of people think is "his" symbol and all associate with Nazism all the time unfortunately. thanks again, especially about the info about the symbol :D
