Well, I not satisfied with this 
the only reason I submited was for the critiques so that I can make it better. Because I really want to this again!! 
I triyed to achieve the ginger hair, and the eyes wasn't the way I wanted...but i can't get the rest of what's wrong... I now it looks CREEPY
!!

Great painting. Her left eye should be more turning to the corner and delete the pencil marks. The hair and everything else will get better with time.
